From the East : Leave I-10 at junction 103a and turn South on I-49. Follow I-49 South until it becomes Evangaline Thruway. Take a Right onto Jefferson Street . Take the underpass under the train tracks. As the road emerges from the under pass cross Grant Street at the light, then take the next Right onto Vine Street .
From the West : Leave I-10 at the junction with Highway 182 ( University Avenue ). Travel South (follow sign for the University). Take a Left onto Congress Street . Follow Congress until it splits. At the split, keep left. Vine Street will be on the Right.
